What is the Return policy?

We understand that the only way you will be able to experience Willy Pippin is to try on a pair.  So, Guest what?  If you are not happy with your first order, email us at willypippin@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a second pair (another size) for the first pair you tried on.  Because underwear is a personal item, please keep the first pair of  underwear as we appreciation you trying Willy Pippin!  Hopefully, you will become a devoted satisfied customer and friend! Thanks! 

What is the Shipping policy?

We process orders during regular business hours  Monday Through Friday (except during holidays).  We also make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is received.  Expect an email once item(s) from your order are shipped.  The email will contain a list of items and a link to track your package.  

Pre-orders do not ship until the estimated Shipping Date listed on the item page.
